Developing An Automated Training System For Your Network Marketing Downline

This article is the fifth and final part in a short series, which has been put together to show you how build massive amounts of leverage into your Network Marketing campaign, regardless of whether you are building your Network Marketing business Online, or using traditional techniques. As any successful Entrepreneur will tell you, the key to achieving financial freedom in any business is by leveraging your personal time and efforts, putting systems or people to work for you.
In this final article you will learn the importance of training your downline in order to achieve financial freedom. You should now understand the need to put people or systems to work for you if you do desire financial freedom, as this will create the leverage that is required to earn income regardless of whether you are personally putting in time and effort.
Sponsoring people into your business is only the first step to creating a successful team and downline. The next step is to provide them with training and support. I came to realise very early on that not everyone in my downline was willing to invest the time and effort needed to succeed in Network Marketing, especially where training team members was concerned. I would spend a lot of time and energy helping my personal recruits, but very few of my business partners were actually willing to do the same for their recruits! This meant that it fell on my shoulders and I had to put in even more time and effort to train team members that I had not personally sponsored.
I eventually decided that this was not what I wanted for my business. I knew that everyone would need to be trained, but at the time I did not want all of the responsibility to fall on me. Is this something that you can relate to? Did you start your business to take control of your time and money, but now feel that you are giving up more of your free time than you really want to?
I decided that it was time to do things differently and began building an automated training system that everyone in my team would have access to, regardless of who sponsored them. To be honest, I wish that I had put this in place much sooner and I would definitely encourage you to do so.
By creating a set of email-based training tutorials, delivered at pre-defined time intervals, I have found a way to train all of my personal recruits, as well as anyone who joins the team through another Associate in my downline. This ensures that everyone receives comprehensive and standardised training to enable them to build their own business. In addition, I have spent time building my business using the traditional word-of-mouth methods, as well as online methods, so I am able to share my knowledge and experiences to benefit everyone in my team, regardless of their favoured approach. The best part is that I am able to support my personal recruits by taking on the responsibility of training the people in their teams too. Who wouldn't appreciate that level of support from their sponsor?!
If your upline does not have a similar system in place then you must take on the responsibility. Develop a training system and position yourself as a true leader. Alternatively look for a team where this work has already been done for you, as the rewards will be well worth it!
